What does ICSI mean?
Who can benefit from ICSI?
Intracytoplasmic sperm injection is recommended for couples who have been diagnosed with male fertility problems such as low sperm count, poor sperm morphology or motility, anti-sperm antibodies, or who have had a previous vasectomy or unsuccessful vasectomy reversal.
We can also use this technique for couples who have had poor or no success with standard IVF.
What is the cost of ICSI treatment?
In our IVF treatment, ICSI is a standard procedure. Therefore, there is no extra charge for it.
What are the success rates of ICSI?
ICSI is one of the most widely used assisted reproductive technologies, along with IVF. Since its introduction, it has led to the birth of many thousands of babies worldwide who might not otherwise have been conceived.

Is ICSI associated with any risks
There is no convincing evidence that the rate of birth defects in children born from ICSI is different from that in the general population. However, there is a slightly increased chance that a male child born from ICSI will also have a male fertility problem.
