Our Premium IVF Plan is a most comprehensive and affordable fertility package that includes Hotel accommodation in addition to what is included in the Advanced Plan.

Package: Once you have landed you will be met at the airport and a private car will take you to the hotel. Once there, our patient coordinator will contact you to check that everything is according to plan.  Our patient coordinator will ensure that you have transport to and from all your appointments. Your first one will be to meet the doctor and the rest of team once you have settled in. Pretreatment consultation, Cycle medication (Ovarian stimulation medication, trigger medication and luteal support medication until embryo transfer), ultrasound scans to monitor the growth of the follicles during ovarian stimulation, pre-op blood tests for woman (CBC, PT, aPTT, INR, Blood group & Rh), infectious disease screening tests for woman and her partner (HBsAg, Anti-HBs, Anti-HCV, Anti-HIV), sedation, egg collection, embryology, blastocyst culture (if appropriate), serum progesterone level test before embryo transfer, ultrasound guided embryo transfer, clinical advice and follow up consultation. If you have additional embryos after your embryo transfer procedure, you will be given the option to freeze them to be used later. This will be at no additional cost, for a 1-year storage period.

Transfers and Hotel Accommodation 

• Arrival and departure transfers from Istanbul International Airport (IST), on the European side of the city, and Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW), on the Asian side, to the hotel
• In average 20-night stay for 2 persons at the hotel (Double room + Breakfast) we have contracted
• All transportation between hotel, clinic and day care hospital

Cycle medication: 

The medication included within the Advanced IVF Plan price is:

• Stimulation medication (Gonal F, Cetrotide)
• Trigger medication (Ovitrelle)
• Luteal support medication until Fresh Embryo Transfer (Prolutex, Progestan).
• All other medication outside this list is chargeable.

Medication not included within the Advanced IVF Plan:

• Patient requested alternative medication - Patient requests to alter the brand from those included within the Advanced IVF Plan will be chargeable.
• Some patients may require medication and support for other reproductive concerns/medical conditions. These medications are chargeable.
• Additional luteal/pregnancy support medication (progesterone) – Any luteal/pregnancy support medication required beyond the embryo transfer included in the Advanced IVF treatment Plan will be chargeable. Estimated total cost of additional Luteal support up to 11 weeks of pregnancy is around (€500).
• Exact costs of additional medication and services will be discussed at consultation based on patients’ individual medical needs and circumstances.

The estimated total cost of additional medication required for an Advanced IVF Plan up to 11 weeks pregnant is €500, bringing the estimated total treatment cost €4,500.

Pretreatment costs: 
In some circumstances patients may require further exploration and fertility tests such as Hysterosalpingography (HSG), Hysteroscopy, Thyroid blood tests or other Genetic Tests such as Karyotype, Y Deletions or Cystic Fibrosis. These will be an additional cost; exact costs will be discussed at consultation based on patients’ individual needs.

Potential future costs:  
All hotel expenses and services out of plan are chargeable.
There is an annual storage fee after package storage has finished to keep frozen embryos stored. 

Elective freeze cycle- ‘Freeze All’: In specific cases there may be a medical need to freeze embryos called a ‘Freeze all’. In these circumstances you may require, embryo freezing and cryostorage (no additional cost, for first year). To use frozen embryos, you will need a Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) (€1,150) which includes Embryo Thawing.
