Treatment Preparation:

It is advisable to have some essential tests carried out before travelling to Istanbul to commence your treatment.

HSG (Hysterosalpingography) Is an X-ray procedure that is used to view the inside of the uterus and fallopian tubes. It often is used to see if the fallopian tubes are partly or fully blocked. It also can show the inside of the uterus is in normal size and shape and existence of any polyps or fibroids that may need treatment before we can start your IVF treatment. 

AMH (Anti Müllerian Hormone) The level of AMH in a woman's blood is generally a good indicator of her ovarian reserve and shows which treatment option is best for you and which hormone dosage is appropriate during the treatment. AMH does not change during your menstrual cycle, so the blood sample can be taken at any time of the month even while you are using oral contraception.

TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) The result indicates whether your metabolism is balanced; if not, the pituitary gland might release more prolactin, which can affect egg quality and fetal growth during pregnancy.

Semen analysis: Is a test of a man’s sperm and semen. Also known as a sperm count or male fertility test, its results show how many sperm are released, as well as how they're shaped and how well they move.
